1. ऐकोन- गर्भवती स्त्री हर समय बेचैन सी रहती है उसे डर लगता है कि बच्चे को जन्म देने के समय उसे कुछ हो ना जाए, डर के लक्षण उसके चेहरे पर साफ दिखाई देते हैं, गर्भवती स्त्री कराहती रहती है, थोड़ी-थोड़ी देर केबाद उसको होने वाला दर्द तेज होता रहता है, दर्द के कारण गर्भवती स्त्री को सांस नहीं आती, योनिद्वार औरगर्भाशय का मुंह सूखा और सख्त सा हो जाता है। इस तरह के लक्षणों में गर्भवती स्त्री को ऐकोन औषधि की 30 या 200 शक्ति देनी चाहिए।

2. आर्निका- गर्भाशय में भ्रूण के टेढ़ा हो जाने के कारण गर्भवती स्त्री की कमर में बहुत तेजी से होने वाले दर्द मेंआर्निका औषधि बहुत ही असरकारक रहती है। गर्भवती स्त्री दर्द के कारण बार-बार इधर-उधर बैठती रहती है, उसका चेहरा बिल्कुल लाल हो जाता है, प्रसव के समय बहुत ज्यादा दर्द, प्रसव ऑप्रेशन के द्वारा होना, प्रसव के समय बहुत ज्यादा खून निकल जाना, प्रसव के बाद स्राव कम होना आदि कारणों से अगर गर्भवती स्त्री कोबुखार, कमर में दर्द, सूजन और जख्म आदि लक्षण दिखाई देते हैं तो उसे आर्निका औषधि की 30 या 200 शक्ति का सेवन कराना चाहिए।

3. आरम-मेट- गर्भवती स्त्री को प्रसव के समय इतना तेज दर्द होता है कि वो सोचती है कि इस दर्द से तो मौत ही अच्छी है। इस प्रकार के लक्षणों में उसे आरम-मेट औषधि देनी चाहिए।

4. बेलेडोना- गर्भवती स्त्री को प्रसव का दर्द अचानक ही उठता है, ऐसा लगता है जैसे कि पेट के अन्दर की सारी चीजें बाहर निकल पड़ेगी, इस प्रकार का दर्द काफी देर तक रहकर फिर अपने आप ही चला जाता है। गर्भवती स्त्री के गर्भाशय का मुंह लाल, सूखा, पतला और सख्त हो जाता है। इस तरह के लक्षणों में बेलेडोना औषधि की 30 या 200 शक्ति का प्रयोग करना चाहिए। जिन स्त्रियों को ज्यादा उम्र में प्रसव होता है उनके लिए ये बहुत ही अच्छी औषधि मानी जाती है।

5. कालोफाइलम- गर्भवती स्त्री के गर्भाशय का मुंह सख्त हो जाता है। गर्भाशय के सिकुड़ने के कारण उसे रुक-रुककर प्रसव का दर्द उठता है लेकिन गर्भाशय के मुंह के सख्त होने के कारण प्रसव देर से होता है। ऐसे लक्षणों के आधार पर कालोफाइलम औषधि की 6 या 30 शक्ति लाभ करती है।

6. कैमोमिला- गर्भवती स्त्री को बहुत तेजी से आक्षेपिक दर्द का उठना जो कमर से शुरू होकर पैरों में पहुंच जाता है। गर्भवती स्त्री को हर बार दर्द के साथ बहुत ज्यादा सफेद पेशाब आता है, दर्द के कारण गर्भवती स्त्री को रोना आ जाता है, गर्भाशय का मुंह सख्त हो जाता है ऐसे लक्षणों में कैमोमिला औषधि की 6 या 30 शक्ति का सेवन बहुत ही अच्छा साबित होता है।

7. क्लोरोफार्म- गर्भवती स्त्री के पेट के पूरे भाग में दर्द उठता है लेकिन पीठ में कुछ ज्यादा ही तेज हो जाता है। उसे ऐसा महसूस होता है जैसे कि उसकी पीठ टूट जाएगी। गर्भाशय का मुंह सख्त होने के कारण दर्द कम भी नहीं होता। इस प्रकार के लक्षणों में गर्भवती स्त्री को क्लोरोफार्म औषधि की 30 या 200 शक्ति दी जा सकती है।

8. सिमिसिफ्यूगा- गर्भवती स्त्री को प्रसव के कुछ देर पहले नकली सा दर्द उठता है। गर्भाशय के मुख का आक्षेपिक संकोचन, दर्द जो गर्भाशय में घूमता रहता है, प्रसव की प्रथम अवस्था में स्नायविक ठंड मालूम होना, प्रसव क दर्द थोड़ी देर तक होने के बाद और प्रसव का काम थोड़ा सा आगे सरककर अगर एकदम बंद हो जाता है तो ऐसे लक्षणों में सिमिसिफ्यूगा औषधि बहुत उपयोगी साबित होती है।

9. काफिया- गर्भवती स्त्री को प्रसव का दर्द उठता है लेकिन प्रसव कार्य अग्रसर नहीं होता, गर्भवती स्त्री प्रसव के दर्द से बेचैन हो उठती है लेकिन फिर भी प्रसव नहीं होता आदि लक्षणों में काफिया औषधि की 3 या 30 शक्ति लाभदायक रहती है।

10. जेल्सीमियम- गर्भावती स्त्री का प्रसव का झूठा दर्द पीठ की ओर फैल जाता है, गर्भाशय का मुख सख्त हो जाता है। गर्भवती स्त्री को ऐसा मालूम होता है जैसे कि भू्रण नीचे की ओर से ऊपर की ओर चढ़ रहा है। गर्भाशय के सख्त होने के कारण गर्भवती को पूरी तरह से दस्त नहीं आते हैं, गर्भवती स्त्री को बीच-बीच में ठंड सी महसूस होती है। इसे स्नायविक ठंड कहते हैं। गर्भवती स्त्री का चेहरा आंखे तमतमाती हुई सी लगती है, वो अचेत सी अवस्था में पड़ी रहती है, शरीर में कंपकंपी सी होती रहती है। इन लक्षणों के साथ अगर गर्भवती स्त्री की पेशियों पर स्नायु की कोई ताकत नहीं रहती और इसके कारण प्रसव होने में देरी होती है तो ऐसे लक्षणों के आधार परजेल्सीमियम औषधि की 30 या 200 शक्ति का प्रयोग करना बहुत अच्छा रहता है।

11. कैलि-कार्ब- गर्भवती स्त्री को धीरे से प्रसव का दर्द होना, कमर में तेज दर्द होना जैसे लक्षणों में कैलि-कार्बऔषधि की 30 शक्ति लाभकारी रहती है। मोटे शरीर की स्त्रियों के लिए यह औषधि बहुत ही लाभकारी सिद्ध होती है।

12. कैलि-फास- गर्भवती स्त्री के ज्यादा कमजोर होने के कारण प्रसव देरी से होना, प्रसव का दर्द धीरे-धीरे से होना जैसे लक्षणों में कैलि-फास औषधि बहुत उपयोगी साबित होती है। चिकित्सकों के अनुसार अगर प्रसव के कई महीनों पहले ही गर्भवती स्त्री को रोजाना कैलि-फास औषधि की 6x मात्रा का सेवन कराने पर स्त्री और बच्चा दोनों ही स्वस्थ रहते हैं और प्रसव के समय किसी तरह की परेशानी नहीं होती है।

13. लाइको- गर्भवती स्त्री को प्रसव का दर्द ऊपर की ओर या दांयी से बांयी ओर फैल जाता है। उसे लगता है कि वो हर समय चलती रहें, कभी-कभी किसी चीज पर पैर रखकर जोर से कांखती है। इस तरह के लक्षणों में रोगी स्त्री को लाइको औषधि का प्रयोग करना लाभकारी है।

14. मैग-फास- गर्भवती स्त्री को आक्षेपिक प्रसव का दर्द उठता है और इसके साथ ही पैरों में अकड़न सी आ जाती है। इन लक्षणों कें आधार पर गर्भवती स्त्री को मैग-फास औषधि की 6x मात्रा या 30 शक्ति दी जा सकती है।

16. प्लैटिना- गर्भवती स्त्री के गर्भाशय के मुख और योनि-द्वार के दर्द के कारण प्रसव का दर्द रुक जाता है, दर्द बांयी ओर ही बना रहता है। इस तरह के लक्षणों में गर्भवती स्त्री को प्लैटिना औषधि देने से लाभ मिलता है।

17. नक्स-वोमिका- गर्भवती स्त्री हर बार दर्द के साथ बेहोशी की अवस्था में पहुंच जाती है और इसी हालत में वो टट्टी-पेशाब कर देती है, कमर में दर्द होता है जैसे लक्षणों में गर्भवती स्त्री को नक्स-वोमिका औषधि की 6 या 200 शक्ति दी जा सकती है।

कर्ण-मूल की जलन (गलपेड़े)

परिचय- कान के निचले भाग में एक गांठ होती है जिसे कर्ण-मूल कहा जाता है। जब यह रोग होता है तो यह गांठ किसी प्रकार के जीवाणुओं को जबड़े में प्रवेश कर जाने के कारण सूज जाती है और लाल हो जाती है तथा कड़ी हो जाती है, इसमें दर्द भी होता है। इस रोग के कारण रोगी को बुखार भी हो जाता है तथा उसके गाल सूज जाते हैं, गर्दन हिलाया भी नहीं जाता है, मुंह से लार निकलती रहती है। यह रोग जवान युवकों और बच्चों को अधिकतर होता है, यह कभी-कभी ही बूढ़ों तथा स्त्रियों को हो सकती है। यह एक प्रकार का संक्रामक रोग है। शुरू होने के चौथे दिन तक पूरा बढ़ जाता है, आठ-दस दिन में सब लक्षण दब जाते हैं।

जब यह रोग होता है तो शुरू के चौथे दिन तक इसके लक्षण बढ़ जाते हैं और आठ-दस दिन में सब लक्षण दब जाते हैं। इसमें डर की बात सिर्फ तब होती है जब रोग का असर गांठों को छोड़कर स्त्री के स्तन अथवा पुरुष के अण्डकोष पर होता है।

विभिन्न औषधियों से चिकित्सा :-

1. सल्फर :- यह रोग होने के साथ ही पीब होने की आंशका हो तो चिकित्सा करने के लिए इस औषधि की 30 शक्ति का सेवन करने से अधिक लाभ मिलता है।

2. पैरोटिडीनम :- इस औषधि को रोग प्रतिरोधक के रूप में सेवन करने के लिए इसकी 6 या 30 शक्ति की मात्रा दिन में दो से तीन बार देते रहने से लाभ होता है। जिस रोगी को यह रोग हुआ हो उसके रोग को ठीक करने के लिए इस औषधि की मात्रा चार घंटे पर उपयोग में लेना चाहिए।

3. ऐकोनाइट :- इस रोग से पीड़ित रोगी को बुखार हो गया हो, बेचैनी हो रही हो और अधिक परेशानी हो रही हो, प्यास लग रही हो, दर्द हो रहा हो तो ऐसी स्थिति में रोग की चिकित्सा करने के लिए इस औषधि की 30 शक्ति का सेवन करना चाहिए।

4. बेलाडोना तथा मर्क आयोडाइड :- कर्ण-मूल की जलन का उपचार करने के लिए इस औषधि की 3X मात्रा का सेवन करना लाभदायक होता है। इस औषधि के सेवन करने के बाद मर्क आयोडाइड औषधि की 30 शक्ति का सेवन करना चाहिए। इन दोनों औषधियों का सेवन आधा-आधा घंटे बाद करते रहना चाहिए।

5. फाइटोलैक्का :- मुख्य तौर पर ग्रन्थियों के रोग को ठीक करने के लिए इस औषधि का उपयोग किया जाता है। यदि ग्रन्थियां सूज गई हो तो इस औषधि की 3 शक्ति से उपचार करना चाहिए। किसी अन्य औषधि से उपचार करने पर लाभ न हो तो इस औषधि से उपचार करना लाभदायक होता है।

6. रस-टक्स :- कर्णमूल-ग्रन्थि में अगर सूजन आ गई हो तथा रोग का प्रभाव बाईं ओर के कान पर हो तथा रोग ग्रस्त भाग में गहरी लाली, तेज दर्द होने के लक्षण हो और बरसात की हवा के कारण रोग उत्पन्न हो गया हो तो उसका उपचार करने के लिए इस औषधि की 3 शक्ति का सेवन करने से अधिक लाभ मिलता है।

7. पल्सेटिला :- यदि कर्ण-मूल पर रोग का प्रभाव हो और कान में दर्द हो रहा हो, रोग ग्रस्त भाग पर सिकाई करने से आराम मिल रहा हो तब इस औषधि की 30 शक्ति का उपयोग करना चाहिए। इस रोग का आक्रमण स्तनों या अण्डकोष पर हो तो इस औषधि का प्रयोग करने से लाभ मिलता है।

8. लैकेसिस :- गले की बाईं ग्रन्थि में अधिक सूजन हो जाए, रोग ग्रस्त भाग को छूने से असहनीय दर्द हो, गले से कुछ भी निगला न जा रहा हो, गले के अन्दर दर्द हो रहा हो, चेहरा लाल तथा सूज गया हो तो इस अवस्था में रोग को ठीक करने के लिए इसकी 30 शक्ति का उपयोग फायदेमंद होता है।

9.. हिपर-सल्फर :- कर्णमूल पर जलन होने के साथ ही कान में पीब पैदा होने पर चिकित्सा करने के लिए इस औषधि की 6 या 30 शक्ति की मात्रा का उपयोग लाभकारी होगा।

10. ऐब्रोटेनम :- कर्ण-मूल की जलन को ठीक करने के लिए इस औषधि की 3 या 30 शक्ति की मात्रा का उपयोग करना चाहिए। रोगी को दस्त हो जाए, गठिया या बाय का दर्द हो जाए, गठिया या बाय का रोग बन्द हो तो बवासीर हो जाए या कर्ण-मूल पर सूजन दब जाए तो स्तनों या अण्डकोष में सूजन हो जाए तो ऐसे रोग के लक्षणों को ठीक करने के लिए इसका उपयोग अधिक लाभदायक होता है।

11. सिलिका :- जलन पुरानी हो गई हो और जल्दी ठीक नहीं हो रही हो तो उसे ठीक करने के लिए इस औषधि की 6 या 30 शक्ति का उपयोग लाभकारी होता है।

12. मर्क सौल :- गाल के दायीं तरफ सूजन हो, मुंह से बदबू आ रही हो, मुंह में सैलाइवा भर जाए, प्यास लग रही हो बदबूदार पसीना आ रहा हो तथा कर्ण-मूल पर जलन हो रही हो तो इस रोग की चिकित्सा के लिए इस औषधि की 30 शक्ति का प्रयोग करना चाहिए।

13. मर्क-बिन-आयोड :- कर्ण-मूल की गांठें सूज जाए या चबाने में कष्ट हो तो उपचार करने के लिए इस औषधि की 6X मात्रा का विचूर्ण तथा फाइटो औषधि की 1X मात्रा का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। इन औषधियों का प्रयोग छ: घंटे का अन्तर देकर करना चाहिए।

14. लाइकोपोडियम :- गले की सूजन दांयी तरफ से शुरू होकर बायीं तरफ हो गई हो, रोगी को गर्म पेय पदार्थ पीने की इच्छा हो तथा इन लक्षणों के होने के साथ ही कर्ण-मूल में जलन हो रही हो तो उसे ठीक करने के लिए इस औषधि की 30 शक्ति का सेवन करने से अधिक लाभ मिलता है।

15. ऐकोन :- कर्ण-मूल की जलन होने के साथ ही बुखार हो तो रोग को ठीक करने के लिए इसकी 3X औषधि की दो से तीन मात्रा का उपयोग करना अधिक लाभदायक है।

अन्य उपचार :-

• इस रोग से पीड़ित रोगी को अधिक से अधिक आराम करना तथा ठण्डी और गीली हवा से बचकर रहना चाहिए।
• रोग ग्रस्त भाग पर गर्म सिंकाई करनी चाहिए।
• सर्दी से बचकर रहना चाहिए क्योंकि यह रोग अधिकतर सर्दी लगने के कारण होता है।
• रोगी को दूध या मछली या मांस का ज्यादा सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए।
• रोग ग्रस्त भाग को रूई से ढककर रखना चाहिए ताकि मक्खी आदि न लग पाए।
• रोग होने की पहली स्थिति में बार्ली, सागू या शोरबा आदि का सेवन करना उचित होता है।
• रोगी को हल्का भोजन और शीघ्र पचने वाली चीजें तथा पुष्ट और पतली चीजों का सेवन करना चाहिए।
• आयोडाइट ऑफ मर्करी 5 ग्रेन एक औंस ओलिब तेल के साथ मिलाकर उसमें थोड़ी रूई तर करके उसे जलन वाली जगह पर लगाना चाहिए।
